Description
Established in 1936 and with more than 150 locations throughout Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia, Giant Food is one of the largest grocery store operators in the region. In 2014, Progressive Grocer magazine named parent company Ahold USA as its Retailer of the Year for its commitment to philanthropy in local communities – including fighting hunger, improving the lives of children, and building healthier communities.
The store includes both pharmacy and bank facilities.
